The Lowry Foundation is proud to announce that a unique four-mile art and architecture trail is being planned in Lowry connecting three city parks. The Lowry Art + Architecture Loop will encourage and promote well-being and active mobility for residents and visitors, bringing people together. Professional artists will work with the community to create temporary and interactive art experiences in each park. The artwork themes will tie to the community’s heritage, environmental conservation, social engagement, and community building through play. This project links four city-owned parks with Lowry’s historic architecture and public art. The parks include Bayaud Park, Crescent Park, Great Lawn Park, and the Dog Park Open Space.
