Tim Vacca

Tim Vacca is an established arts administration professional who has been working in the Denver area arts industry since 2003. He is the Director of Programs at the Museum of Outdoor Arts (MOA) and previously served as a curator and coordinator of temporary exhibitions at the Denver International Airport’s Art and Culture Program. Tim has worked with MOA for a cumulative 18 years and oversees education, exhibitions, and communications programs. He is also on the board of directors of the Denver Theatre District. He has served on several regional art juries and selection committees and the Denver Public Art Committee.

Tim received his BA in Studio Arts and certificate in technology, arts, and media from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2005, where he practiced photography and digital art. He completed his Master of Liberal Studies in Arts Development and Program Management at the University of Denver in 2016.

Tim is a native of Colorado and enjoys the many rich amenities Colorado has to offer. He is an art, architecture, and design enthusiast and enjoys travel, local restaurants, craft beer/wine/spirits, public art, museums, galleries, and creative events. He has lived in the Lowry community since 2017 with his husband, Kelley, and dog, Millie. His brother-in-law, sister-in-law, and niece, and nephew also live in Lowry, where they attend the international school. He is excited to be a part of the Lowry Foundation Board and joined them to help foster a better sense of community in the Lowry community.
